Ordering Process

1.Send a message to our Instagram account expressing your interest in purchasing from overseas. Instagram @koba_akiko

2.We will approve your message request and ask you to provide the following information: ・your country and region ・Images of the designs you would like to purchase

3.We will calculate the total cost, including design fees and shipping, and send you a quote. Once you approve the price, we will create a dedicated purchase page for you.

4.After purchasing from the purchase page, please let us know your size via message. ・Nail tip type (can be changed depending on the design) ・Size number (please refer to the size chart at the following URL)

Shipping

We ship all orders internationally via tracked international mail. This service does not come with insurance, but we can provide additional insurance for an additional fee.

Shipping times

Orders will be shipped within 10days of receiving payment and confirmation of size and design. (Please note that orders with a large quantity may take longer to ship.) Shipping times very depending on the destination country, but typically take 2-3 weeks. We are not responsible for delays in customs clearance or other shipping delays.

Sizes

We do not ship size measurement chips internationally. Customers outside of Japan must confirm their size based on the size chart. We will provide more information in a prior email.
